Fall Movement Subscription

Unlimited access to an online library of over 65 classes featuring Body Blast, Barre Fusion, Fitness Challenges and various types of Yoga. All are differing in length so you can fit some guided body love into your schedule. Subscription comes with (virtual) one-on-one check-ins as needed!

Private Sessions

Book your private session, or purchase a holiday gift certificate!

Let's work together to tailor the perfect combination of movement and mindfulness for your goals and intentions. See description of offerings in "Group Classes" below. All private sessions are designed based on the client's request.

$75 for an hour, $90 for 90 mins.

Group Classes

Classes upon request

Available for healing retreats, weddings and celebrations, corporate or private events, ongoing or series-based group classes & specialized workshops.

DANCE: Contemporary Technique, Choreography for site, stage or film, Improvisation/Composition, Body Awareness, Somatic Inquiry, Sensory Exploration, Authentic Movement, and Performance-oriented classes and trainings.

CONDITIONING: Body Blast, Barre Fusion, Pilates, Floor Barre, Strength Training.

YOGA: Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Hanna has a 200-hour Vinyasa certification (2007) from San Francisco's former Laughing Lotus Yoga Center (now Body & Soul Yoga Collective), Yin Yoga certification (2017) from Vermont's Laughing River Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga certification (2019) from Maryland-based BodyWise Institute.

Pleasure Island: Workshop

Retreat to your Internal Creative Paradise

Invite your full artistry to awaken and create within a structured group setting. Commit to a two hour dedicated session once weekly for three weeks and see what arises! We will spend time both bringing ourselves into internal creative practices, as well as creating and sharing with new collaborators across the group. Artists will be guided in accessible group movement warm-ups, creative and reflective writing exercises, and compositional prompts. Artists of all genres are encouraged to create through their own medium; collage, dance, poetry, music, drawing, crafting, etc. Bring any materials you may need. Please be prepared to travel to Oakledge Park if weather permits, and to wear masks indoors.

Garden of Delights: Workshop

Hosted by Horsford Garden & Nursery, in Charlotte, VT

Join Hanna for a weekend-long workshop on creating site-specific works. Open to musicians, performers, dancers, poets and curious thinkers. The workshop will take an interdisciplinary format, utilizing all of our senses, and working with the environment as an active collaborator in our musings.

Movement, Meditation & Journaling

Part of the All Souls Annual Membership Retreat
Organized by All Souls Interfaith Gathering

With the body and breath as our guides, we will spend time individually and collectively to process, share, and witness our current state of being. Open to all bodies, no movement experience necessary. Please bring your own journal and pen, and a meditation pillow and/or yoga mat if you'd like one.

Let's rev it up! Body toning, cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises from the comfort of your own space. Commit to the 4 week series to bring your body into a new level of YES!

Vinyasa: Expressive, flowing sequences designed to enhance your individual practice. Some yoga experience recommended.

Sweet Surrender: Restorative yoga and guided meditation for deep rest.

Barre Fusion: Class

Quick and fun barre based workout to jump start your day. Classes will include movements for light cardio + toning + using our dance muscles! Dance terms will be used but no need for any former dance training. Strength without impact, feel good through movement!
