Feel

The image of dancer, Hanna Satterlee, was taken during Blue Hour, the time between sunset and darkness. She is wearing a commissioned painting on recycled calendar paper by artist Jacob Kuperman. She is illuminated by two strobes, one pushing the light in the direction of the already set sun and the other, opposite to rim the costume. The photo was taken in Rockport, Maine at the Breakwater Lighthouse in June 2022. Photo by Andreas John, for the project “Tender Hearts.”
